Return Policy

At eightdays, we want you to love your purchases, but we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Here's what you need to know about our return policy:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if the item is damaged, faulty or an alternate size in the same style is unavailable for exchange, we'll happily provide a refund.

  • To initiate a return for an exchange or refund, please notify us within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must be in their original condition. Clothing must be returned unworn, unused, and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

  • To request a return, simply email us at info@eightdays.life with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return address and arrange for your exchange or refund to be processed promptly.

  • All international orders are deemed final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Sale items are also final sale unless deemed faulty.

  • We thoroughly quality check all items before dispatch. Returns that are damaged, show signs of wear, or are missing original tags may not be accepted.

  • Please include original packaging, your order number and the return address provided to you.

  • Allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once received. You'll receive a confirmation email once your return has been approved. If your return does not meet our policy requirements, our customer care team will reach out to you.

  • Please note that return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind, as eightdays is not liable for any lost garments during return shipping.

Faulty Items

We pride ourselves on providing products of the highest standard and quality. If you believe you've received a faulty item, please contact our customer care team at info@eightdays.life.

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or have a manufacturing fault. Please note that items damaged due to wear and tear or incorrect garment care are not considered faulty.

We'll assess the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace it. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to process, depending on their processing time. Unfortunately, we are unable to influence this process.
